Dr. Xiao Qin has extensive clinical experiences in treating neurological diseases, especially in Parkinson's disease, primary tremor, dystonia and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Dr. Xiao graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine of Shanghai Second Medical University in 1992, and worked in Baylor Medical College and Methodist Hospital of Weill Medical College of Cornell University for her postdoc research for three years.
Dr. Xiao has published more than 50 research papers in academic journals and co-edited 7 compilation of monographs and translated works. He has won 4 provincial science and technology awards. Dr. Xiao is currently leading two general projects of NSFC and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, and participating in a number of "973", "863" and key projects of NSFC.
