Dr. Xu Chundi is specialized in pediatric gastrointestinal diseases, such as chronic gastritis, Helicobacter pylori infection, chronic enteritis, weight loss, abdominal pain, malnutrition, anorexia, feeding difficulties, indigestion, stool bleeding, vomiting, reflux, constipation, abdominal distension. Dr. Xu graduated from the Department of Pediatric Medicine of Shanghai Second Medical University in 1984, and earned a Master degree in digestion and a doctorate in medicine. In 2001, he was a visiting professor in the Department of Gastroenterology, Department of Pediatrics, Wisconsin Medical College, USA for 1 year.
Dr. Xu has published more than 180 papers, including 25 SCIs, and 5 books. She has served as the National Fund Committee at Ministry of Health. She has won the first prize of China Maternal and Child Science and Technology Progress Award, the Song Qingling Pediatric Medicine Award, the third prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, the third prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Progress, the second prize of China Medical Science and Technology Progress and many more.
