Circle Harmony’s International Consultation Service is an extension and upgrade of our offline medical services. Customers can obtain opinions from international experts without going abroad. To ensure optimal customer experience, we utilize the latest simulation conference system, image data transmission, remote IT technology and other technologies to make full use of Circle Harmony’s international medical network, to achieve real multi-disciplinary, integrated precision medicine. The first step of international consultation process is consultation by medical expert from level A tertiary hospital in China. The second step is to organize a consultation with international expert recommended by Circle Harmony Expert Committee according to customer‘s needs. With limited expenses, our customers receive high-quality, comprehensive medical care by international leading experts.

The consultation could be requested by the customer or an authorized family member. Please contact our International Clinical Network team for a consultation appointment. A consultation request of children customers must be applied by their parents or legal guardian of pediatric patients.

Our International Clinical Network team will recommend international experts in relevant fields to customers.

Preparing Medical Data for Telemedical Consultation

Patient signs the informed consent and submits relevant medical data, which will be pooled and translated by Circle Harmony.

Telemedical Consultation at Circle Harmony

Local and overseas experts hold analysis around customer’s condition on simulation teleconference system, develop diagnostic and treatment plan and provide comprehensive consultation report that is to be interpreted to the customer by the local expert. The customer’s families can choose to participate in the consultation.

Diagnosis and Treatment Plan

Dependent on the consultation, the customer can choose to receive domestic treatment or request an international referral.
